About Our Practice
Angela has been a certified and practising Yoga and Relax Kids teacher since 2017. The foundation of her practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, she strives to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

These classes are suitable for Mums to be from 13 weeks to full term. A lovely way to nurture and enhance your pregnancy, birth and beyond :-)

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Yoga 4 Every Body and Relax Kids Aberdeenshire attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. The focus initially is to improve stability, strength and range of control which are SO important, in both our practice and our everyday lives.

Fast paced and fun, yoga/HIIT based exercise class set to contemporary upbeat music.
Relax Kids sessions
Relax Kids uses research-based mindful and relaxation techniques alongside values and positive psychology (positivity, strength-building, gratitude, resilience and compassion) to help support children's emotional health and well-being. They are different from any other classes as they use a unique combination of mindful games, storytelling and exercises, stretching, breathing, self massage as well as positive affirmations, visualisations, mindfulness and relaxations.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. ... Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.
Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps gain STABILITY, STRENGTH and RANGE OF CONTROL, as well as improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling stronger, more stable, more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.
Try it! It can be as gentle or as challenging as you wish, you can still get a really good workout :-)
